Robert Sroka
Tax increment financing and sports facilities
Robert is a PhD Candidate in Sport Management at the University of Michigan, and a LLM graduate from Michigan Law School. Robert's research examines relationships concerning the use of tax increment financing (TIF) and major sports facilities. Robert is also a lawyer in British Columbia and Alberta. Prior to academia, Robert practiced local government, land use, and real estate law, and holds a JD from the University of British Columbia.
